What you should do if you own a burglar alarm
If we have to silence your alarm, we will:

leave details of what we have done at your address

invoice you for the costs that we have incurred

hold the keys to any new locks that have been installed. These can be collected from us with valid identification and proof of ownership or occupation of the property (a driver's licence is suitable).
Please note: you should fix any problems with your alarm before reactivating it.
