If you are moving house and you have had an environmental survey carried out which has flagged land contamination as a possible issue, you may be asked to submit an enquiry to us for further information. We have produced a short statement which satisfies most conveyancing enquiries for house sales in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
If this statement does not satisfy any of the parties involved in the house sale, we can provide a bespoke report in response to the issues it has raised.

We charge a fee of £25 per hour for this service, to cover officer time.
