If you are conducting research into a piece of land, we can provide a copy of the information we hold on it. This information can include:

  • historic mapping from 1853 (Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre only)

  • landfill records

  • petrol filling stations records

  • reports (including desk studies and site investigations)

  • private water supplies

  • environmental permits

  • environmental designations

How much does this cost?

We charge a fee of £25 per hour for this service, to cover officer time.
