Monday
- 2.30 to 3.30pm in the Teaching Pool (bookable only)
Tuesday
- 7.30am to 8.30am in the Teaching pool (bookable only)
Thursday
- 7.30am -8.30am in the Teaching Pool (bookable only)
- 12.00pm- 12.45am in the Teaching Pool (bookable only)
- 3.00pm-3.45pm in the Teaching Pool (bookable only)
Friday
- 2.15pm to 3.00pm in the Teaching pool (bookable only)
- 6.45pm to 7.45pm in the small pool (bookable only)
