Change of operator

If you are changing your private hire operator you will need to ask your new operator to complete and return the change of operator form. This must be done within 7 days of the change over.

Replacement plates and licenses

If you wish to request a replacement plate or licence please contact the licensing team to let us know which vehicle and the item that you are missing. You will need to make a payment with our customer services team.
