What controls are in place to reduce litter and waste falling from vehicles?
Waste hauliers have a duty of care to ensure theirs loads are secure. If residents notice waste falling from a vehicle on the road, please report this to the Environment Agency. Details of the waste company and vehicle registration number will assist with investigations.
The operator has advised they undertake litter collections along the roads outside of their site.
