Please note: you must notify the council where you first held a personal licence.

If you are a designated premises supervisor

You must notify the premises licence holder so the premises licence can be updated.

My personal licence has an expiry date

Personal licenses used to last for 10 years but were updated to no longer have an expiry date.

If you have an older style licence you can either update it when you change name or address or request an updated version.
