• the information provided is accurate and up to date

Incomplete applications may take longer to process.

Upload your form and pay

Once you have completed the form, upload it using our online service and make the required payment.

You will need:

• your completed application form

• any supporting documents (see below)

• a debit or credit card to pay the application fee

Please note: you must apply to the council for the area where you currently live.

You will also need:

• disclosure of convictions form

• 2 passport sized photos - download the endorsed photos form

• proof of right to work in UK

• personal licence qualification

• basic disclosure (less than a calendar month old so it is advised that you acquire this last)
