How do I apply?
Requirements
You must be 18 years old, not hold a personal licence with another authority and reside within the borough.

Application documents
Apply to the council for the area where you currently live.
You will need to complete the form on the Gov.UK web site. You will also need:
- a debit or credit card to pay the £37 fee
- disclosure of convictions form
- 2 passport sized endorsed photos form
- basic disclosure (less than a calendar month old so it is advised that you acquire this last)
We need to see original documents for your:
- basic disclosure
- licence qualification
- photos
A copy of your right to work is fine.
