Change, update or dispute an animal activities licence
Suspension, revocation or variation of a licence
We may, without the licence holder’s consent, decide to suspend, vary or revoke a licence at any time if:
- the licence conditions are not being complied with
- there has been a breach of these regulations
- information supplied by the licence holder is false or misleading
- it is necessary to protect the welfare of an animal
Where such action is taken we will provide details of when its decision takes effect.
