If you are a business ratepayer within the borough, you can register for your own free online account, where you will be able to:

• Tell us about a change of business occupier
• Landlords or agents can move someone in 
• Landlords or agents can move someone out (please note this is only if you have access to the NNDR account reference)
• Direct debit payments can be set up  
• Register for paperless e-billing 
• Change name and contact details (please note this is individuals only, limited companies cannot do this) 
• Contact us

You can manage your account any time, any day, without the need to call us.

How to manage business rates online

Once you have registered for your own online account, to see your business rates we will need a little extra info to keep your account safe.

Will will need to know your NNDR (business rates) reference number, this is available on your bill and begins with a '6'. However, if you just need tell us about a change of business occupier, this can be done without your reference number.

To continue to your account, please follow these steps:

1. register or log in to your My Account
    
2. select 'Manage your business rates' from the selection of buttons
