It is really simple to join and get started. You can either join online from the comfort of your own home. Or, if you would prefer, the membership team can help you join. If you would like to make an appointment to come in and join just call us on 01782 616606 and ask for the membership team.

If you have joined online please come into reception where a member of the team can book you a gym induction and issue your Lymecard and parking pass.

If you want a Lyme card, join online and select pay as go member when directed.

How can I pay for my membership?

Our memberships are done via direct debit, however we do have some annual and pay as you go options available.

When does my first payment come out of my account?

Your will make your first payment on the day you join. Subsequent payments (monthly membership fee only) will then be taken each month on the 1st or 15th of every month.

When does my membership start and when can I start using the facilities?

Your membership starts as soon as you have completed the joining process and you can use Jubilee2 straight away (please note before you use the gym you will need to meet with an instructor before you can train).

What happens if I have a problem with my payment?

Should we be unable to collect your direct debit on the date agreed we will contact you and that month’s payment will have to be made via reception. Should you foresee any issues then please email and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I take a break (freeze) my membership and how much does this cost?

Of course you can, if you chose to take a break (freeze) from your membership at the cost of £5 per month for those months you choose (maximum of 3 months) with no questions asked. This is a great option if you have an injury or if you are going on an extended holiday. If you would like to freeze simply email

What do I do if I want to leave?

If you are looking to leave it may be an option to freeze your membership rather than cancelling completely and you will stay on your existing membership price which could save you money if you re-join in the future.

Can I re-join after I leave?

Of course you can, we always welcome you back. Make sure you call our membership team on 01782 616606 to see if we have a special promotion that is currently running.

Am I tied in for a certain amount of time with my membership?

We offer two types of membership contract; non contract membership and a 12 month membership. You are under contract for the relevant period of whichever membership type you choose when you join. After this time you can leave by providing 1 months’ notice.
