Jubilee2 membership terms and conditions

If you are paying by direct debit your payments will continue to be collected until you give us written notice to cancel after your minimum membership period. Please see the cancellation of membership section.

Direct Debit Payments

Your Direct Debit will be collected on your chosen payment date. If a payment is unsuccessful, we will automatically make up to two further attempts to collect the outstanding amount.

If payment remains unpaid and your membership is still within its minimum contract period, Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council reserves the right to recover the outstanding balance. This may include referral to a debt recovery agency and/or legal action through the civil courts.

You will pay a joining fee of £22.00, which includes your induction to the gym.

Monthly payments are paid by direct debit. This is processed by our bank, which is Lloyds Bank, High Street, Newcastle under Lyme.

If applicable, your paid in full fees are not refundable.

All fees are payable even if you choose not to use the facilities.
