Suspension of membership

In exceptional circumstances you can request us to suspend your membership (for up to 3 months with a £7.50 per month charge) e.g. due to injury/illness, however it is entirely at our discretion whether to allow a suspension.

Medical suspension of membership

To request a medical suspension, supporting evidence must be provided. This can include a doctor's note, hospital appointment letter, medical certificate, or other relevant documentation.
