National non-domestic rates (NNDR), commonly known as business rates are the way that those who occupy non-domestic property contribute towards the cost of local services.
Your NNDR bill is issued annually in March and sets out the amount you need to pay for the year ahead. After April 2026, NNDR bills will be issued digitally. Businesses will need to register for an account where you can notify us of changes to your business circumstances, report a change of premises, set up or update your payment method, view your bill, and check your account details.
