Regulation 18: independent examiner's final report and decision statement
The examiner for the Madeley neighbourhood plan has issued his report recommending that the plan proceeds to a public referendum.
The decision statement is available to download. Hard copies are also available at The Madeley Centre and at Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council Offices, Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1BL during opening hours.
