Confirmation of Address

We offer a Confirmation of Address service. This is occasionally used when property owners require a formal confirmation of the address allocated to any given property, such as when clarifying Deeds, or for other registration purposes.

We will check our database and confirm the full formal postal address of the property in question. This is a chargable service per address confirmed, and is included as an option within the standard application form (a link to which appears on the following pages).

Duplicate Documents

We also offer a duplicate document service, whereby applicants can obtain archive records of any previous Street Naming and Numbering documentation produced in respect of a given address.

This is occasionally useful for record clarification by external bodies. As with the Confirmation of Address service, this is chargable per address requested, and is also included as an option within the standard application form.
