Recover losses
There are a variety of methods which can be used to recover losses. Methods used depend upon the extent of the losses, the seriousness of the fraud/corruption and whether the response is disciplinary action, legal action or both.
If the case is going to court, we can seek a compensation order.
Some cases will be covered by our fidelity guarantee insurance.
The question should not be whether we can recover the loss, but how we will do so.
