Swimming lesson frequently asked questions

Are refunds given for swimmers who are ill and cannot attend?

We assess each case on individual merit, but for instances such as a cold or other general illnesses we do not offer refunds.

We cannot offer a refund as all spaces on swimming lessons are reserved for each individual swimmer and so we are unable to re-sell spaces if a swimmer is ill.

If a swimmer is ill for longer than a 3 week period and a doctor’s note can be provided then a refund for missed lessons will be made.
