How do I access HomePortal?

HomePortal

Follow the steps below:

  1. Click 'activate now'
     
  2. Enter your child's card ID number (NUL number)
     
  3. Answer security questions (your postcode and child's date of birth)
     
  4. Link any other members who aren't already listed using their card ID number for group access
     
  5. Finalise registration by setting the password and activating your account.
