12 to 16 year olds may swim but must be accompanied in the water by an adult and both must be swimming lengths.

When are the sessions?

Monday 22 December

• 6.30am to 7.30am in the small pool

Tuesday 23 December

• 8.00pm to 9.00pm in the small pool

Wednesday 24 December

• 6.30am to 7.30am in the small pool

Saturday 27 December

• 8.00am to 9am in the small pool

• 9.15am to 10.15am in the small pool

• 10.30am to 11.30am in the small pool

• 11.45am to 12.45am in the small pool

Sunday 28 December

• 8.00am to 8.45am in the small pool

Monday 29 December

• 8.00am to 8.45am in the small pool

• 12.15pm to 1.00pm in the small pool

Tuesday 30 December

• 8.00am to 8.45am in the small pool

Wednesday 31 December

• 8.00am to 8.45am in the small pool

• 1pm to 2pm in the small pool
