• 6.30am to 7.30am in the small pool

Tuesday

• 8.00pm to 9.00pm in the small pool

Wednesday

• 6.30am to 7.30am in the small pool

Thursday

• 10.00am to 10.45am in the small pool

• 7.30pm to 8.30pm in the small pool

Friday

• 6.30am to 7.30am in the small pool

Saturday

• 3.45pm to 4.30pm in the small pool

Sunday

• 8.00am to 8.45am in the small pool
