Swimming lesson terms and conditions

All fees for swimming lessons must be paid in advance of the lessons.

We reserve the right to change the price of swimming lessons at any time. Customers will be notified in writing with 30 working days' notice of any change.

Jubilee2 reserve the right to restrict access to the lessons until a payment has been made for the child. Under these circumstances, the same space on the existing lesson will not be guaranteed.

Top up must be completed before the last session commences. The Go learn system automatically removes members with no sessions remaining and the space becomes bookable for other members. A member can only top up on Home Portal when there are 3, 2 or 1 sessions remaining.

Customers will receive email notification when a child has 3,2 and 1 lesson remaining. Members can top up at reception or through Home Portal.
