Failure to attend

If you are unable to attend the test, you must tell us as soon as you can.

If you do not turn up for the appointment or tell us with less than 24 hours to the appointment you will be required to pay a fee to book the vehicle back into the garage to have it tested.

Up to 31 March 2024 £74

From 1 April 2024 £73

Please remember to take into account the expiry date of your licence if you are renewing as you will lose any grandfather rights and be classed as new if you do not have the vehicle tested and passed prior to the expiry date.
