Data Processing Statement
The information that you give us will be used to process your enquiry and for related administrative purposes. All of the information is treated with respect and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
Information is collected by the CCTV system which is provided and monitored by Stoke-on-Trent Council (the Service Provider) under a shared service arrangement with Newcastle Borough Council. The CCTV cameras are situated throughout Newcastle Town Centre.
SOT City Council operates, monitors and maintains the CCTV cameras. All incidents and occurrences captured and collected by the CCTV system are recorded, processed and controlled by SOT City Council on behalf of Newcastle Borough Council.
Stoke-on-Trent City Council shall ensure all information is collated in a safe and secure manner and will enable it to be shared upon request to Newcastle Borough Council.
We will not disclose your information to another organisation unless it is to help prevent fraud, is necessary by law, or is required to provide the service as detailed above. You information will not be sold to anyone and we will only keep your information as long as is necessary.
