How to apply
Before applying, please make sure you have read the requirements and that you understand the fees and conditions.
To apply you will need:
- a plan
- a sample notice (writable PDF) - must be displayed for the 14 day consultation period
- photos of the notice in place
- a public liability insurance certificate up to £5,000,000
Also:
- a debit or credit card to pay the application fee
