Requirements
To apply you will need:
- plan
- sample notice (writable pdf) - must be displayed for the full 5 working day consultation period
- pictures of the notice in place
- public liability insurance certificate up to £5,000,000
How long does the application process take?
Your application will be looked at in 5 working days from the day after your application is made in full. It will then go through a decision period for another 5 working days.
The process will be delayed if the application is incomplete, or the plan is poor.
How long does the licence last?
12 months or until 30 September 2024, whichever is shortest.
