Before giving a notice, please make sure you have read the requirements and that you understand the fees and conditions.

Please ensure that:

• all required sections are completed

• supporting documents are included (if required)

• the information provided is accurate and up to date

Incomplete notices may be rejected and due to the timescales may result in it being too late to hold your event with licensable activities.

Once you have completed the form, upload it using our online service and make the required payment.

You will need:

• your completed notice form

• a debit or credit card to pay the application fee

What happens next?

Once we receive your temporary event notice and payment, we will review the information provided and an acknowledgement will be sent to you.

If we need any additional information, an objection is received from the responsible authorities or your notice does not meet the timelines or falls outside your allowance, we will contact to advise you of your options.
