Submitting your application
You can email your completed form to Environmental_Health@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk.

Payment can be made by calling 01782 717717 or you can post a cheque with your printed application form.
What happens next?
We aim to arrange an inspection promptly once an application and payment has been received. The maximum time between receiving an application and the council either issuing a licence or refusal should not be more than 10 weeks.
If an officer advises that a licence will be refused or will be suspended, they should provide details with the reasons why.
