For creative professionals thinking of encouraging the next generation, Stoke and North Staffordshire Cultural Education Partnership is a growing movement of arts, cultural and heritage organisations, educators, individuals, business and communities who collectively work together to ensure all children and young people aged 0 to 25 years have access to high quality arts and culture.

More and more people are advocating for arts in education, with real recognition that creative thinking is needed for an ever-changing jobs market, environmental challenges, community building, challenging divisions and supporting positive well-being.

Stoke Creates is the Cultural Compact for Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area. A Cultural Compact is a partnership model that builds collaboration across sectors to support and grow a local arts and cultural ecosystem, leading to increased social and economic benefits.

Stoke Creates Exchange Forum is a gathering of the city’s freelance artists and cultural stakeholders to plan, dream, help each other to get projects going, bid for funding, find work, network, hear about others’ work, find ways to support each other, and share resources.
