Father Hudson's Young At Heart Project
Based in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The Young at Heart Project has been running since 2013.
It was created to help combat loneliness and isolation for people aged 55 and over. They aim to provide a safe and friendly environment through our community social groups, where people can meet, socialise and make new friends.
