You can pay your Council Tax in person at any PayPoint outlet. PayPoint services are available at thousands of convenience stores, newsagents and other local retailers across the UK, making it easy to make a payment close to home.

To make a payment, you'll need a PayPoint payment card.

If you don't have a PayPoint card, or you need a replacement, you can request one using our online form.

Please note: it may take a little time for a new or replacement card to be issued and delivered. If you have an instalment due before your card arrives, you'll need to use an alternative payment method to ensure your payment is made on time.

How long does it take for a PayPoint payment to show on my account?

Payments can take up to five working days to appear on your Council Tax account, although they are often processed sooner.
