In a short space of time, we have turned our attention to planning the future in a more careful way, to help people, places, businesses and the local environment to thrive.
Newcastle-under-Lyme encompasses a wide range of beautiful natural environments, a proud and community-focused society, and a local business focused economy.
These are the 3 pillars that support and interconnect with our borough. This is why it's so important to develop these in an adaptive and resilient way for now and the future to combat extreme weather. We are dedicated to combatting this issue to protect and support the Borough's environment, society and economy through taking environmental measures and practices such as reducing air pollution through energy efficiency initiatives and taking care of our local natural environment. Together as a Borough, we will be able to achieve our goals and protect the needs of our future generations.
