Kidsgrove Town Deal project: Shared Service Hub
Potential users and partners
Potential occupants were consulted during the early development phase of the project (pre-Covid). The preliminary ideas were presented to local people at an engagement event in February 2022. It was clear from the feedback from residents and potential occupants that, whilst the concept was generally well received, particularly the public realm proposals, more work was needed on the Shared Service Hub facility.

As well as local residents, organisations consulted include:
- Aspire Housing
- Business support organisations including Chamber of Commerce and Make-It Stoke Staffs
- Citizens Advice
- Go Kidsgrove
- Keele University
- Newcastle College
- NHS (drop in space)
