Kidsgrove Town Deal project: Shared Service Hub
The proposed site
The Town Deal Board has considered a number of locations for the shared service hub.
After fully reviewing all options, the board agreed that the optimum location is on the site currently occupied by Dales’ garage, next to our car park on Meadows Road.
Phased delivery
Delivery of the SSH will be in five phases:
- agree terms and purchase the land from Dales
- construction of a purpose built facility to relocate the garage business on land retained by Dales
- demolition of the existing garage building to make way for the new shared service hub building
- construction of the shared service hub and refurbishment of the existing car park
- public realm work
