Will there be a compulsory purchase order on my business premises?

The site for the shared service hub has now been finalised. There is no need for any compulsory purchase orders.

Have tenants been contacted about the plans for the hub?

All property owners/landlords were contacted in the first instance as they were the decision makers with respect to the properties they own. Ongoing consultation and engagement will be carried out as required.

Is the library remaining in Kidsgrove?

Yes, the library service will be remaining in Kidsgrove. The nearness of the shared service hub to the library will ensure that it is part of a wider health and community offer, which is an exciting development for the town and the local library service.
