Our team will give you a tour of the facility by offering you a 'welcome', afterwards you can explain what your goals and preferred style of training is so they can curate you a fitness programme to meet your needs.

Club Lyme Fitness

Our gym is spacious and air conditioned with a wide range of the latest cardiovascular and resistance equipment by industry leader Technogym. Within the gym we offer a variety of activities for all levels of health and fitness. Aside from this we run gym challenges, offering additional motivation by encouraging you to achieve something new during your workouts.

A huge class timetable

Our fitness classes range from pilates to high-intensity interval training (HIIT), kettlebells to spinning and a whole host of others. We are confident that you will be able to find a class that meets your needs.

We went to great lengths to get the best swimming pool in North Staffordshire. Swimming is an exercise that is open to virtually everyone and is one of the most effective all round health and fitness workouts. It is also a fun activity to do as a family.

Progress tracking 

By downloading the 'My Wellness' app, you'll be able to connect your phone with our machines, meaning it will track all of your exercise and even link up to your fitness devices like a Garmin or FitBit. We also use swim Tag to track you progress in the pools as well, through the uses of a dedicated wrist band.
