Profile

Fiona is Managing Director of the New Vic Theatre. Based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, the New Vic is one of the country’s most successful producing theatres. Around 170,000 people visit the New Vic each year making it a key part of the region’s cultural life.

As a charity making a positive impact on health and well-being within local communities, the theatre also engages around 25,000 people each year in participatory programmes.

A senior arts and business leader, Fiona is actively involved in supporting the role that arts and culture play in the regeneration of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent and the wider Staffordshire area.

Fiona chairs the Appetite board sub-group, delivering the Arts Council England Creative People and Places programmes for Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent.

Previous roles include Head of Commercial Strategy Development for Peak District National Park Authority. Fiona is a board member of Newcastle-under-Lyme BID, Stoke Creates and New Vic Theatre Enterprises Ltd.
