January 2023: Neighbourhood area application
We have received an application from the Bradwell, May Bank, Porthill & Wolstanton Neighbourhood Forum Group to designate a Bradwell, May Bank, Porthill & Wolstanton Neighbourhood Forum and Neighbourhood Area in accordance with the provisions set out in the Localism Act 2011.
If successfully designated, a Forum can develop a Neighbourhood Plan for their area.

If you would like to make any comments in relation to the proposed designation the Bradwell, May Bank, Porthill & Wolstanton neighbourhood area and neighbourhood forum, please contact us by:

Comments need to be received by Wednesday 8 March 2023.
What happens next?
Once the consultation closes, a decision on whether to formally adopt the Neighbourhood Area will be made by the 26 April 2023.
If we approve the application, there will be a designated Bradwell, May Bank, Porthill & Wolstanton Neighbourhood Area and a designated Bradwell, May Bank, Porthill & Wolstanton Neighbourhood Forum for the area. If such a designation is made no other organisation or body may be designated as a Neighbourhood Forum for that Neighbourhood Area until that designation expires or is withdrawn.
