Replacement licence

If you have lost your licence and need to replace it then you can do so by emailing the licensing team. 

You will also need to make a payment for the parts of your licence that you need to replace by calling the customer services team. 

Fees

Replacement costs:

  • personal badge: Up to 31 March 2026 £16 From 1 April 2026 £17
  • vehicle badge: Up to 31 March 2026 £16 From 1 April 2026 £17 
  • vehicle badge holder: Up to 31 March 2026 £6 From 1 April 2026 £7
  • paper licence: Up to 31 March 2026 £8 From 1 April 2026 £9
