You can make general enquiries, request a variety of services and make payments online. You can also manage your Council Tax account and all your dealings with Council services by registering for My Account.

Kidsgrove Customer Service Centre: Closed
Cremations and Burials: Operating with restrictions
- 20 People (maximum) may attend the Crematorium Chapel or Keele Cemetery Community Room.
- 30 People (maximum) may attend graveside for a Coffin burial.
- 15 People (maximum) may attend the burial of ashes.
Social distancing and hygiene information is displayed on-site and must be followed.
Services can be live-streamed if requested by the organiser or funeral director in advance.
