Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) requests
The EIR gives a separate right of access to information held by us for information which relates to our activities that relate to, or affect, the environment.
When we receive requests for information we assess whether the request falls under the Freedom of Information Act or the Environmental Information Regulations and process the request accordingly.
