Door knock

Properties will only receive door knocks where we have not received a response to a ‘CCB’ letter. Door knocks are expected to begin around October.

Staff who carry out door knocks will always be able to prove they are employed by the council. If you are in any doubt regarding this, please contact us.

Staff may make multiple visits to properties where they have not been able to gain a response or where we have not received your completed 'CCB' reference letter.

In order to prevent this contact, please return your ‘CCB’ letter or complete the Canvass Form which our canvasser may push through your letterbox.
