Traditional, atmospheric room in the Victorian house, a perfect venue for small meetings, craft groups and classes, surrounded by historic paintings.
Can seat 16 people meeting room style and 20 people cafe style.
Tables and chairs in place to allow you to instantly start your craft group or meeting.

- £17 an hour standard hire
- £11 an hour not for profit discount rate
There is a 10% discount for block bookings of 6 or more dates.
Catering
The Little Vintage Tea Room can provide a range of catering options, from refillable tea and coffee a to bespoke buffets, working lunches and afternoon tea

Please note we do not allow outside catering or for you to bring your own food. Only food provided by our cafe can be eaten in this room.
Environmental Sustainability
We pride ourselves in offering award winning eco-friendly room hire. All our catering is locally sourced and uses glass and crockery to reduce single use plastics. Recycling facilities are available in the nearby Willow Room.

Our museum won a 2024 Enjoy Staffordshire award for accessible and inclusive tourism. We have details of the adjustments we can make, or you can get in touch to discuss the adjustments we can make.
Do you need help to run your event, set up your room or to access a meeting room outside of the museum's regular opening hours? You can hire a member of the museum team to help at a cost of £26 per hour.
We can also offer a tour of the museum (including audio-described tours) or a 30 minute session with a Victorian maid costumed explainer to talk about its history for an additional £30.
Availability
Rooms are available for regular hire or advance bookings afternoons Tuesday - Sunday.
Rooms are available for short notice hire mornings Tuesday - Thursday.
The museum is unable to offer evening bookings.

Parking and transport
There are three free car parks at Brampton Museum and park, with additional pay and display parking on Brampton Road and King Street pay and display.
The surrounding area
The museum is situated in beautiful Brampton Park which offers a range of facilities, including a sand pit, play park and ride on miniature railway.
The museum is ten minutes’ walk from Newcastle under Lyme town centre which has a range of dining, entertainments, and overnight accommodation.
