Thank you for informing us of the Keele Neighbourhood Development Plan, however ATE is not a statutory consultee for Neighbourhood Plans. There is guidance available for neighbourhood groups that are developing a Neighbourhood Plan. This explains which transport matters a Neighbourhood Plan can address, including planning for active travel (walking, cycling and wheeling). You can access this on Locality’s Neighbourhood Planning website.
