How long will it take you to respond to a request?

We have one calendar month to respond following the receipt of your request and proof of identification. 

In certain circumstances, for example if we process a large amount of information about you, we may need to clarify the request with you. This will mean that the time limit for responding to your request will be paused and started again when we receive the information that we need. 

If your request is complex we may be able to extend the response time by a further two calendar months.
