Give notification of interest
If you are the freeholder, leaseholder or occupier of a property which has a premises licence, you can notify the licensing authority of that interest and we will advise you when an application is received in respect of those premises.

Renewal
This lasts for 12 months so you will need to notify us every 12 months to keep your interest active.

Download the application form and complete all relevant sections.
If you are renewing an existing licence, please use the same form and complete the renewal sections where applicable.

Please ensure that:
- all required sections are completed
- supporting documents are included (if required)
- the information provided is accurate and up to date
Incomplete applications may take longer to process.
Upload your form and pay
Once you have completed the form, upload it using our online service and make the required payment.
You will need:
- your completed application form
- any supporting documents
- a debit or credit card to pay the application fee
