How long will we keep your information?

We will keep your information for different periods of time, depending on the purpose it is being used for. We will only keep your information for as long as we need to in accordance with data protection legislation and our corporate retention schedule, after which we will securely dispose of it.

As the garden waste subscription is not set for automatic renewal each year, we may contact subscribers after their subscription contract ends with re-subscription reminders and collection service information, for a period of 12 months.
