Period of licensing policy
This statement of licensing policy will be used by us in the administration and enforcement of our duties under the Act. It will remain in force for a period of three years and will be reviewed and subject to further consultation before the end of the three year period.
A new statement of licensing policy will be prepared to come into operation at the expiration of the current policy.
