Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent retail and leisure study (July 2019)
The retail and leisure study provides a comprehensive analysis of the current and emerging retail and leisure trends, existing retail floorspace and leisure facilities, and retail and leisure needs across the borough. The study forms part of the evidence base for the local plan, but will also assist with our consideration of planning applications for retail and leisure uses.
