The Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent strategic infrastructure plan (SIP) was prepared on behalf of Staffordshire County Council to provide a comprehensive and holistic view of emerging development and infrastructure requirements to support growth for the period 2018 to 2038.
This document aims to present an overview to aid understanding of infrastructure needs within Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent over a 20 year timeframe, and to paint a strategic picture of the price of and risks to growth.
